The Public Theology and Racial Justice Collaborative has a current opening for a student intern to help with the preparations for the Summer Institute – May 20-24. Responsibilities include clerical support, errands, media updates, logistics design, organizing registration, telephone marketing, Summer Institute intern orientation, and general support.

The successful candidate will be available for up to 4 hours per week at the rate of $15 per hour leading up to the Summer Institute. If you are interested in the position, please fill out the interest form below so Dr. Smallwood can schedule follow up calls.

Additionally, during the Summer Institute, we will hire several interns who will be expected to work up to 35 hours at the rate of $15 from June 4th to June 8th. The duties will include but not be limited to the following: airport drivers, greeters, registration managers, campus guides, logistics support, program support, and meal monitors. Please note that applicants must be Vanderbilt University students, or matriculating students in Summer/Fall 2019.
